Some MRAG Activities over the last few months

MRAG has been neglecting this blog for a while.  to make up for it - here is a bumper update of what we have been up to!
 Maureenat our March Working Bee
The working Bee was tidying up the old Station Reserve
Lynne helping out
Keeping the Cyclists from the workers!
The Telstra TowerPublic Meeting in April
Not well attended - The issue has arisen again.
 The December Sunday Market
The U3A Stall with the Anti Telstra Tower stall
The Anti Telstra Tower Tower presentation
Rob and a market stall holder
The MRAG Sausage Sizzle
Our president, Maureen, and her Grandchildren admiring the sausages
The MRAG Committee Christmas Meeting at the Wesburn Hotel in December

Graffitti is an ongoing issue.  It is costing ratepayers valuable money to clean up after the vandals
They even discard their spraycans for others to clean up after them.
Empty beer bottles, etc, discarded in an area where drinking alcohol is prohibited
These trees were vandalised by someone
It is dissapointing, as they were planted to replace trees planted earlier last year but were stolen.
This Cypress Tree is going as it is slowly dying.  The shire arborist revelaled that it has also been attacked by termites.
But we hope to see it replaced.

Volunteers who wish to participate in our action Group arfe always welcome.  The next meeting is to be held at 7.00 pm on Tuesday 11 February, 2014, at the Baptist Church in Millgrove.
